100,000 people live in the UK with HIV. 22% of people living with HIV are unaware of their diagnosis. There are many treatment options for HIV however there is no cure. Education prevention is key to raising awareness, reducing stigma and preventing transmission.

Support for International Change (SIC) UK aims to increase the understanding of the global HIV epidemic amongst UK school children and university students to inspire them to them to take action on a local, national and international level. SIC UK achieves this through peer HIV Education (HIVE), fundraising and volunteer recruitment to support SIC in the work it does in Tanzania. We believe we can create a future generation educated and empowered to act.

Come and join our team of enthusiastic runners and raise money for a fantastic cause. All of our UK staff are volunteers which minimises overheads and maximises outputs for the money you raise.

We are offering runners an exclusive event package to include a bespoke training programme, a training blog, team kit, post-race massage, a goodie bag, heaps of support on the day, official team photograph and fundraising support & advice.
