Park and Ride
PUBLIC PARK & RIDE SERVICES (Standard Service)
Details of the park & ride services at Bath & North East Somerset Council’s sites at Lansdown, Newbridge and Odd Down can be found on the First website
The council Park & Ride services are highly recommended as parking will be very limited in the city centre and there is no parking whatsoever along the course route.
We advise that you to travel early to arrive in the city centre in plenty of time to find the Runners Village.
Services at all 3 sites start at 8.00am and buses will operate every 7/8 minutes up to the start of the race. Ticket sellers will be working at sites during the morning to help keep queues down.
Costs are £3 per adult payable on the bus (children under 16yrs travel free), parking is free. It is really helpful if you can please bring the correct change with you.
The service at Newbridge will cease at 10.20am and resume again at 1.25pm, due to the course route road closures.
Both the Lansdown and the Odd Down Park & Rides will operate throughout the race. The service from Odd Down will terminate at Lyncombe Hill next to Widcombe Parade, a 15 mins walk to the Runners Village (via Bath Spa station and Manvers Street) throughout the day.
Services are expected to be very busy between 8.00 and 9.30am for runners and between 9.00 and 10.30am for spectators.
We will post the Park & Ride timetables for the race HERE as soon we have them from the operator
