2018 Bath Half refund enquiry
Following the cancellation of this year’s Bath Half Marathon and Family Fun Run we offered to refund entry fees for all registered public entrants. Some entrants kindly donated their entry fees to our Bath Half Marathon Community Fund. On 13th April we instructed our card services provider Stripe to make refund payments to all remaining eligible entrants, and Stripe informed us that all refunds would be received by runners on or before 11th May.
We will not be paying refunds to runners who had already cancelled or deferred their entries before race day, or for free entrants (elite, best for age etc).
If you got your entry through an official race charity and paid a registration fee direct to the charity, please contact your charity to discuss your options. If you paid an entry fee to us when you registered your charity entry, we will refund your entry fee.
If you are an eligible registered public entrant, and you have checked your bank account, and you have not received your refund by 11th May, please complete the enquiry form below, and we will make further enquiries and get back to you shortly.
