Bath welcomes Dermot back
The Bath Half and CoppaFeel! are really excited to have Dermot O’Leary back running the Bath Half for Team Boobs after taking part with pal & fellow patron of the charity, Greg James back in 2013 and for the first time in 2012.
Dermot met CoppaFeel!’s founder, Kris Hallenga, in 2009 when she won a Pride of Britain award, just before CoppaFeel! got its charity status. Dermot has been a patron of the charity ever since and loves to get stuck in, grabbing a boob suit and helping CoppaFeel! educate the nation about the importance of boob checking and the signs and symptoms of breast cancer.
CoppaFeel! exists to educate and remind every young person in the UK that checking their boobs isn’t only fun, it could save their life.
CoppaFeel! are the first breast cancer charity in the UK solely to create awareness amongst young people, with the aim of instilling the knowledge and tools they need to get to know their bodies. They like to talk about a serious message in a light-hearted way, empowering people to start healthy habits for life.
