Childhood First

We are Childhood First, a charity for severely traumatised children. We provide specialist 24/7 treatment and therapeutic education for children with complex psychological, emotional and behavioural needs. We have five residential children’s homes and a school.  

Our homes offer a warm and therapeutically designed environment where the children will, probably for the first time in their lives, feel secure, stable and nurtured, breaking the cycle of trauma for future generations.

Please secure your place in the 2025 Bath Half Marathon by joining Team Childhood First. All you need to do is pay a registration fee of £20 and pledge to raise a minimum of £250.

As a thank you for your support, you will receive:

Every penny raised by our marathon fundraisers goes directly towards a project benefiting the children.
