Off the Record exists to improve the emotional health and wellbeing of young people by providing them with a safe space to be themselves. The organisation opened its doors over 24 years ago, following an identified need for a free, independent place where young people could access counselling, support and guidance. Now, we provide a range of services for young people up to the age of 25 – including listening services in the community and schools, Children’s Right’s services including advocacy, SEND and LGBT+, and youth voice services.
