BATHALF Entrants newsletter - August
Hello and welcome to the first of our regular newsletters to our registered 2020 Bath Half Marathon entrants.
Our entrants’ newsletters contain news and information about race day as well as training tips, fundraising advice and offers and competitions from our retail partners.
We’d like to say a big thank you for signing up to run with us on 15 March 2020. The Bath Half has sold out every year since 2000 and we are delighted to see entries flying out of the door again.
We are ahead of entry sales compared to previous years, so with huge numbers of entries already sold, we anticipate that remaining general entries will be snapped up shortly. Please let friends, family or colleagues who are considering running know that we recommend they enter as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
Now that the Summer holidays are drawing to a close, we imagine many of you will be starting your training properly next month so good luck with that and please look out for our next newsletter in September with training tips and support.
All the best
Andrew, Mel, Kayley, Rachel (and Poppy)

Cancellation and refund policy
In fairness to half marathon entrants who cannot compete for whatever reason, it has been our policy at the Bath Half for many years to offer a partial refund to applicants who cancel their entry before the date we start to process our race pack mailout. We offer half marathon entrants who notify us of cancellation of their entry on or before 10th December the choice of either a free Deferred Entry for the following year’s half marathon, or a £15 refund, or a £15 donation on your behalf to the Bath Half Marathon Fund.
No carry forward entry or refund can be offered for Lead Charity Partner entries.
