Hello and welcome to the first of our 4-weekly newsletters to registered entrants in the 2015 Vitality BATHALF, bringing you news of the event right up to race day and beyond, plus training tips, fundraising advice, offers and competitions from our retail partners.
Entries for this year’s Vitality BATHALF are selling very fast. The race has sold out each year since 2000, so if you have friends or family or work colleagues who are interested we’d recommend they enter now to avoid disappointment.
We are delighted to welcome our featured race charities for next year’s race :
• Teenage Cancer Trust – Lead Charity
• Bath Rugby Community Foundation – Local Charity
• RUH Forever Friends Appeal – Featured Appeal
• Jamie’s Farm – Family Fun Run Charity
• Laureus – Series Charity
We will be providing information on these valuable causes in future newsletters
Pru Vitality – New Title Sponsors
We are also delighted to announce Pru Vitality as new title sponsors of the 2015 Vitality BATHALF, and our inclusion in the Vitality Run Series, which aims to encourage participation for all runners, experienced and beginners, and to create a vibrant community based around many of the nation’s best-loved running events.
It’s a great endorsement of the event to be included in this new national road race series, and Vitality have exciting plans to provide additional benefits and opportunities for our runners
Good luck with your BATHALF training. With just under 9 months to go, you’ve got plenty of time to start a structured training plan building up slowly and steadily to make your race day experience a positive one.
All the best,
