I would love to run the Bath Half but I don’t think I could.

Sometimes a little help can get us over hurdles that seem impossible.

I provide online training plans, guided run sessions and run groups for people of all abilities.

Kerry Sutton is a Personal trainer and Run coach who works around Bath making use of our gorgeous outdoor spaces. Kerry coaches a weekly run group on a Tuesday morning from 9.15 – 10.15. In these sessions we focus on speed and hill drills. She also has many 1:1 clients working on personal goals such as 10kms, the Bath Half and ultra marathons.
The sessions are fun, friendly and aim to build confidence so you can squeeze that little bit extra out of yourself.
