As our attention now turns to preparing for race day we know that our runners are beginning to tun their attention to their half marathon training. With this in mind we have asked friend of the Bath Half, Martin Yelling, to prepare some training plans for our runners.
Martin is a former elite athlete with a PhD in physical activity and health promotion and is the founder and co presenter of the UK’s number 1 running podcast ‘Marathon Talk’. His 14-week training plans are designed for beginner, improver and advanced runners, so we hope you will find something that suits the stage you are at in your half marathon journey.
