The Katharine Rutherford Sunshine Glioblastoma Foundation was set up in memory of our daughter who passed away within eleven weeks of being diagnosed with Glioblastoma in 2021. Katharine’s children were 4,6 and 8 at the time.
Katharine’s diagnosis was delayed, she underwent brain surgery but sadly was too I’ll to commence her radiotherapy and chemotherapy treatment.
Our Foundation has a particular focus on supporting, improving and prolonging the lives of those afflicted with this dreadful debilitating disease so that they can spend more quality time with loved ones.
